hi, i am 15 year old , and i have a lump in my jaw and my Sternocleidomastoid muscle is swollen and i am have a sore throat and constant urge to clear my throat and sore throat and my vioce also is hoarse and i am feeling bloated and not feeling to eat food. pls reply fast. thank u

Hello, the likelihood is that it's a swollen lymph node, you probably have a throat infection, which would explain all your symptoms.
Go see a doctor if you (and/or your parents) feel it's bad enough, or if it persists or worsens.
Best of luck I know a sore throat is not nice, but there are a lot of reasons for your symptoms that doesn't include cancer.
Throat, jaw, mouth, facial cancer is typically seen in older people and in people who are long term smokers.
