Do I have cancer? I am worried.

I will start from the beginning. 6 weeks ago I woke up with a pain on the right side of the throat to the right of the windpipe (no pain while swallowing). Then three days later I started to get swelling on the right side of my neck. Then two days later, I started getting ear fullness/pressure in my right ear. I then had a little pain swallowing water but not food on the right side of my throat. I went to the doctor and got amoxicillin for my ear, but that did nothing. I no longer have swallowing pain, but I now have both ears that are full and the right side of my neck is still swollen. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

If you still have the issue, go and see the doc again. It could be the ABX was not good enough to cover the bugs you are having

Pain in the ear can be due to an infection in the oral cavity, throat, parotid gland.Cancer in these areas can also cause fullnes/pain in the ear, and headache. If you have fever, likely bugs are around

As for cancer possibility, hard to say. If ABX didnt work, might consider see ENT specialist and get opinion. If you have enough credit an MRI scan would help possibly.. that is usually done if etc ABX didnt work

Thank you for the reply. blood test, chest xray and ultrasound on neck came out fine. The pain in the neck/throat comes and goes, in addition to my ear fullness. it is still there every now and then, but not as consistent. I have an appointment with a audiologist coming up.
