Do I have case of Anxiety Disorder?

So it started on Friday of last week around the afternoon, I started to get this pinch feel on my left breast. It was as if someone was just lightly pinching that region. We then were going to the movies that night. Before then I started to get dizziness and shortness of breath. After around the movie was done I was completely fine. Rolls around the next day I was completely fine in the morning. But after running errands and driving around I got super light headed the pinching/itchyness in my breast did not go away that day. I end up researching on google which also kind of got me overwhelmed and I started get nausa and loss of appetite. Then the evening rolled by I was out with parents and distracted was able to eat fine and the rest of the night completely fine. Comes the morning of sunday I woke up had the pinching/pain in breast and we went for a walk with my dog, it seemed to go away but not all of it. For the rest of the day I felt completely fine just a little dizziness at times. Monday was awful I scheduled appt with doctors, i had shortness of breath and was weakness and dizziness with the slight chest pain. I went to the doctors the next day my EKG and my blood work was perfect and so was my blood pressure. I had a little bit of a fast pulse but they said it was due to nervousness. My blood work was all in a perfect range however my CO2 was a smidgen low.
Fast Forward to today everyday since the dr visit I've been able to eat fine, go to work, sometimes get small dizziness and get the pinching effect in my breast but it is not so much apparent anymore.
FYI: I had this same feeling with the pinching of my breast two days after my foot surgery it went away after about 2-3 weeks. Also Today for instance keeping occupied I feel 100% myself again but when I keep my brain unactive I start getting the feeling back again.

keep in mind that all your testing was fine. Anxiety can have hundreds of different symptoms all of which are not dangerous. And you may never know what the pinching sensation was but if you don’t focus on it and keep yourself busy, you should not notice it as much or at all. We all have weird body sensations from time to time and if somebody has anxiety, it’s quite common.
if there’s something in your life that’s causing anxiety, you could work on resolving that which would most likely get rid of that sensation. If you have an extreme amount of stress in your life, it helps to talk to a counselor who can help you manage it. I do hope you feel better and sounds like you’re going to be just fine! Take care and stay busy!
