Do I have CDs/ me?!

Hi all, I have been struggling for years with my fatigue and depression. Depression has been the main issue but I also get fatigue which makes it difficult to function, ibs, followed frequently by fatigue after a bowel movement, I have chronic insomnia, night sweats, tinnitus, brain fog where I can nearly concentrate or express myself. I'm always tired, sometimes too tired to bend down and tie shoelaces. I don't exercise because I have no energy but on the rare occasions I do, it does usually make me feel better. I don't really get anything that could be described as post-exertions like malaise so have always assumed it's just how I am, but it is a massive problem for me. I work full time in a stressful job and really struggle to avoid taking time off. Do you think this could be mild me or something else? I have been like this all my life, since about 11 when I had a serious lung infection.

Have you been to the Dr? I went to the same Dr for over 10 yrs that always said I was perfectly healthy. Well on paper I am. I switched drs. I also have a very stressful job and I never call in. Due to this I live a pretty secluded life where I just rest most of the time. I also exercise but that has become less over the past couple years. My new Dr has helped me tremendously.

I think your problem is stress related, in your own words you said you can't take time off. Stress can do all the things you say and if you struggle with depression then exercise will make you feel better. Do you take any meds for your depression as that can really help boost your mood.

Cfs sounds unlikely as you can't do much or if you do too much you end up unable to move
