Do I have eczema or pagets disease of the breast?

My nipple (both, primarily left though) has been itchy for a few weeks now. It usually is ignorable but sometimes it flares up. There are also small bumps around my nipples that secrete tiny amounts of fluid when squeezed, only noticable because of the shine under light. I dont know what this is. I dont feel any lumps under the skin. I havent changed anything in my lifestyle so I dont know how allergies would be causing it.

I am 17

I have pets around the house

    Hi Dylan,

Paget's disease is extremely rare, especially for someone of your age. Also, if you had it, you would likely experience a small discharge, usually in the form of a droplet of blood coming out directly from the nipple, from time to time. Your nipple might also be inverted (tucked inwards).

The "itching and fluid symptoms" could more probably be originating from eczema, dishydrosis, or even contact dermatitis (an allergy to a substance that comes in contact with the skin around the nipple area). To be sure, you should try to get an appointment with a dermatologist, who will obviously be in a much better position than anyone on a forum to diagnose what may be going on. Without an actual examination from a specialist, it is only possible to speculate as to what may be more likely.

    Good luck!

    Greg.
