Do I have fibro or MS? Starting to really affect my life!

More or less looking for anyone with experiences of either.

It started about a month and a half ago, I'd get really weird dizzy spells, usually when seated. My heart starts pounding out of nowhere, with no panicked thoughts proceeding it. Often happens in the/a car.

Back pain all over. It started middle back, a bit to the left of the spine. I saw a different chiro than normal about a month ago, and two days later I had tons of nerve tingling on my left side. My left leg tingled badly (front, below the knee,) and I had some chest and abdomen tingling also on the left side. The bottom of my left foot sometimes tingles randomly. And the top of my left arm below the elbow,

I went to the ER a handful of times thinking I could be having heart problems. They did NUMEROUS xrays, scans and tests on my abdomen and chest and found nothing wrong.

MY GP took a battery of blood tests and ruled out auto immune diseases/disorders.

For several days after I'd wake up with a different "kink" in my neck or upper back, which would cause some back and top of head tingling.

My GP sent me to physical therapy and put me on mobic and a muscle relaxer. This seems to have helped SOME.

98 percent of my "tingling" has been on my left side. My GP even had me get an EKG this past Friday, and the guy said he didn't see anything but would send it to her.

The good as of now: PT straightened my hips, and the tingling in my left leg went down a lot. I still get some random tingles, but not as bad as it was by any stretch, My back and neck feel a better than they have, but still tight and bunched up.

The bad: I'm totally wiped out/exhausted!!! Last night I hit bed at about 9:30 PM. And this tiredness has caused a bit of mental fogginess. Whenever I get in the car I usually have a brief thought/attack of, "Oh my God, will I make it?" before it subsides. My back still seems to twitch randomly.

I have had to file for FMLA here in the US for intermittent leave, I never thought this would happen to me. I was in the gym five days a week before all of this started.

Those who know of someone or have themselves experienced similar symptoms, what was your diagnosis?

It's been a nightmare for me for about the last four to six weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
