Do I have genital herpes?

I saw a sex worker two months ago. Did not have sex but did give her a massage and then manually finished myself. She did touch my penis when I finished. For the last 5 days now I've had these painful blisters which haven't gotten any better so far. Also I am uncircumcised and read that I am more likely to get herpes than circumcised men. The blisters are my only symptom. I've been really anxious and can't really sleep. Going to get tested soon. Is there anything else this could be? I didn't think I was at risk for much considering I didn't actually have sex. But now it looks like I have herpes.

Hi. I recommend that you get tested as soon as possible. These blisters do resemble herpes and I think it is best for you to rule it out. Herpes can be passed through broken skin contact if there's an outbreak this could mean saliva, semen, or fluids from the vagina etc. Therefore, yes. You can become infected even without penetration.
