Do I have genital warts?

I have noticed some unusual growths on my penis shaft and scrotum area. Pictures attached. Having a single partner.image

    yeah looks like genital warts or seborhheic keratosis , u need to check with a dermatologist

    they could be warts or some other kind of skin growth get them checked out

    Can this be genital skin tags? I asked my partner and she said I was the first one. Moreover, She's not having any sort of warts as well. Also, I've never had sex with any other partner before.

      skin tags are normally the same color as surrounding skin

      Should I be dependent on Urologist's conclusion? Or should I also take an appointment with a Dermatologist? My Urologist was pretty confident regarding that these are moles

    Went to a urologist. He concluded that these are nothing but just moles.
