i had a lump appear on the shaft of my penis about a month ago that looked like a pimple at first. i accidentally ruptured the lump and now I've had a bump on my penis for about a month now. it gives me 0 discomfort, doesn't itch and doesn't do any of the other symptoms of HPV. There is only one bump
