I am 18 years old and have only had, and given, oral sex and made genital contact with the person. About a week ago, i noticed these weird bumps on the shaft of my penis. Does anyone know what these are?

It only ever hurts or stings when im thinking about it or if it rubs on my underwear. No discharge or pain when urinating. Please let me know what you think

these look like normal penis skin. of concerned please get tested.
