my doctor isnt getting back to me. Its super frustrating! Please help!

it looks like you have hsv1 and your hsv 2 is negative

Yes, exactly what another commenter said it's showing positive for HSV1 and negative for HSV2. HSV1 is commonly cold sores on the lips but may be on genitals as well.
