Do I have herpes or balanitis?

I have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend using condom yesterday and a few days ago. Today I found out these red spots on my penis gland and foreskin, they are painless and doesn't cause any pain when I touch them. I'm an uncircumcised male. There is no pain when I pee or when I pull down my foreskin.

There is no blister nor lesions or any pus coming out from any of my genital parts. Is this herpes or just balanitis?imageimage

    Hello!

    In males it's very hard to determine what pathogen is affecting the reproductive organ because they are usually asymptotic. Best way to know is to run some blood test on STDs. HIV, HSV1/2, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Trichomonas.

    Or It could be a fungal infection. In this case you can do a Scotch Tape test.
