Do I have PE or ED?

Hi, I am 25 years old, I feel myself very healthy(thanks Almighty), I don't smoke/drink(never done it before). I play soccer once in a week(intense) and play ping pong(once or twice in a week). Go to gym twice a week and I am fit. The problem I am having is erectile dysfunction(in my opinion based on what I have found on web) and premature ejaculation. I have never done sex in my life(since I am not married I am not supposed to do it till I get beloved wife.). Now I notice that my c**k is very week and doesn't go hard. It used go hard once in a while even sometimes when I wake up I used to find it hard and very warm temperature. But It doesn't happen anymore. I do masturbation maybe 3 times in a week. Sometimes weeks or even months I don't do it. But I do when I go crazy. Now even if I do, it doesn't go that hard and cement comes out when it is loose and weak. Sometimes if I talk(normal talk, nothing sexual) to a sexy girl I get pre-cum and c**k remains very loose and weak. It gets pre-cum before even it gets erected. Now I am really worried about my sexual life since it doesn't look ok. I don't have confidence at all and if I do masturbation I come like in 15-20 second or so(premature ejaculation). I have an appointment with my physician next week. I can't even sleep now properly thinking this and deeply feeling bad. I feel like even I can't even pop a girl(break hymen). I heard it takes at least 5-10 min to break which I feel like I am doing to fail. Any idea what is going wrong with my body?
Thanks in advance.
Stay Healthy.

As to what you ask about making love to a virgin this does depend on so many things. Many women use internal sanitary protection which may make life easier. Basically when the penis slides in for the first time it may be a bit difficult or it may not! There may be some bleeding [usually not much] or again there may not.
You are certainly wise to consider this now. I know that this may not be easy but you probably should speak to a doctor and see if you can be referred to a psycosexual counsellor. Or although not in a sexual relationship you could try the sexual counsellor at "Relate". There is nothing they have not heard so be brave and go forward
