i wanted to know if i have postive herpes results i just got my results back but im not sure how to read them . im not sure if they are postive or negative

hsv 1 is positive, you probably get cold sores. Youre hsv 2 8: equivocal which means its neither positve or negative and you should test again in a couple weeks

youre positive for both very high numbers for both HSV 1 and 2

shes not positve for both. A high positive will me 3.00 and up shes in the equivocal range and needs to test again in a couple of weeks

Positive for HSV 1
Your HSV 2 low but I'd get a Western Blot test just in case
My HSV2 IGG went from 1.10 to 1.06. Then suddenly it went to 7.00 months later and my Blot came back positive. Good luck!
