hi tracey, from what i know about ptsd you tick most boxes for it and i think see your doctor very soon. ptsd is not funny, you need specialist support. i have ptsd through 2 sickening events when i was younger. i hope you get the support you need. good luck.

It looks like you are suffering with symptoms of PTSD, I'm in the UK, and also have a lot of the symptoms you've ticked, and few more, panic attacks, flashbacks, nightmares, mine are from the 1970-80's, when I was a child, I'm a 50 year old male, and it doesn't get any better, I'm only comfortable texting or emailing, F2F makes me ashamed, angry, ,So I say you need to get professional help ASAP really, if you are able too. I suffered in silence for about 30 years, and still suffering, so please get some help

Hi. My names Melissa. It seems from the questionnaire that you have symptoms of PTSD. A psychiatrist told me I complex PSTD from repeated traumatic events. I think you should see your Dr and get referred to the appropriate help. x
