My daughter has scoliosis and I’m wondering now if I always have as welll. I started having neck issues and was sent to physical therapy. The therapist is highly qualified and stated one shoulder was lower than the other. Numerous imbalances can cause this. He stated I had several knots in my muscles and tendons. This can pull at the spine out of alignment  if left untreated for years like mine was.   I was attending a Chiropractor for years and tried acupuncture but nothing helped like the therapy and dry needling.  Once the spine is realigned,  adopt a work out program to keep the muscles positioned     correctly . Don’t ignore it like I did.
