Do I have tetanus?

While trying to open a old staple(not rusty) from paper I got a small wound under index finger nail on 20th June. Two days later I had a slight cramp in my left leg. So, on 23rd June consulting with a doctor I took Absorbed Tetanus Vaccine BP and Tetanus Antitoxin (Equine) BP. From then I got cramp all over my body (leg, hand, face, abdomen, butt) sometimes with slight pain (leg, hand) and burning sensation. Sometimes, slight headache. Do, I have tetanus or it's just a side effect of the vaccine?
