Dizziness of what type, is the room spinning out of control, do you feel unbalanced, are things looking tilted, do you feel like you're walkng on air? If you do then you have some type of vertigo that needs to be diagnosed by a medical professional.
If it's lightheaded dizziness it could be viral or dehydration or low blood pressure, as well as high. I had this once, went to my friend in the ER who gave me an IV of fluids, this was the cure to my dizziness. On another occasion, while in the hospital with dizziness, I sort of fainted due to low blood pressure, immediately I was given water with salt and a pitcher of water that I needed to drink.
Since you don't know what you're dealing with it would be best to seek medical attention if it continues.

If you had headaches, it could be vestibular neuritis. This only comes to mind because other people in this forum have described similar symptoms. However, I'm not a doctor. Google it to look up the symptoms and see if it matches what you're feeling. Still, it would be best to get it checked by a medical professional to get a proper diagnosis. Best of luck.
