do i have vulvar cancer?

hi! i'm pretty worried right now about potential vulvar cancer.
on monday of this week, i noticed a small [smaller than a pea] flat bump on my labia. i have had some pain there previously when wiping, and when i checked the first time, did not find anything.
the next day, i discovered a similar bump on the other side of my labia [and they're by the clitoral hood, not the vaginal opening]
since then, i have applied a heating pad and woah!! they've changed! they've gotten larger at the end of the day after walking around, and smaller in the morning. they've also switched between being flat and raised. at first, they were not pigmented, but yesterday i checked and one is quite red.
i haven't had any excessive burning, itching, or pain. but there is a spot on my pubis of thickened skin that was there previously [left behind from a cyst.] should i be concerned? i am very young, especially for this type of cancer, but i do know it's still a possibility. should i be concerned?
