Do I have vulvar melanoma and/or HPV?

I'm ( F20) getting tested for HPV in 3 days so i will know then. However, I am very worried about these discolored brown spots. One to the side of my clitoris and the bottom of vaginal opening is a bit brown too. I took boric acid suppositories for BV (it had worked once before). Idk if that is what's causing this? Also, I feel like my labias have a weird texture... I have also had some itching, tingling, and burning when peeing (like a UTI). I thought this was just another bout of BV, but im starting to get worried...please help! imageimageimage

    all right .... only birthmarks ... nothing special ... normal labia best regards
