Hello all

I have been on sert 50mg for 2 weeks - getting over side affects now but still suffering mild frequent panic attacks , lack of motivation and esp in mornings feel weak , lethargic etc

That said I do think the sert has helped a lot but not enough yet

So pop pickers - do u think I should go up to 100 and for those of u on this level will I be zombiefied?

Any other comments appreciated too

i dont think so, not yet, i would wait untill the 6 week mark and see how you feel then.

    i started feeling better at 4 1/2 weeks .

but still felt my body was on meds, 6 weeks you can really see a differance.

I been on 100mg for 4 weeks today and today was the worst anxiety I have felt. Should I stick it out on 100mg? I am hearing it's normal for this to happen.

50mg is a relatively small dose..I'd recommend going to 100mg for the next 4 weeks...after that you will see how you are doing...I've been on 200mg and never felt like a zombie at all...your body will adjust well.

    All the best
