24 hours ago I got my toe cut greatly by the sharp edge of an opened can which could be dirty because it was
in the rubbish bin
I am 35 but I may have tetanus shot when I was a child.
I don't want to take a shot because I think it is a rare disease and I want to avoid unnecessary vaccine
because I am worried about possible adverse effect

Its hard to say, everyone is different, for example i have had chickenpox multiple times, and i heard we can get it only once. Just talk to your GP.
