I'm a 26 years old male. 188cm(6'2'' ,120kg(260lbs), 30%BF. Been feeling like crap for 2 years now and recently it got to the point it takes me over 2 hours to even feel like getting up . Girlfriend broke up with me because I didn't feel like doing anything(sexually as well) going to the gym seems to make me get even fatter.
I have tried to lose weight but I can't. Maybe a few kg in the first week or two but then it just stalls. Done high fat, low fat, calories counting, no counting, you name it.
Family background on diseases:
Mother's side has diabetes(Type II) and thyroid(mother has Hypothyroidism and her sister had to remove hers. Her sister is underweight).
Father's side is clean.

It might be adrenal fatigue or insufficiency - have a look online and see if your symptoms are similar. Also TSH should really be below 1.0 so it might be an idea to keep on eye on that.
You might also want to check out Getting Vit D tested as a deficient in this can also be similar to your symptoms.
Hope it helps x
