They've helped a lot the last few months and I have started to take only 15mg instead of 30mg and I feel ok!

Is it bad to just stop taking them or should I go back to gp and get more?

You should definitely not play with the doses by going up and down and you should keep to a game plan that has been figured out with whoever prescribed the medication to you.

If you feel fine at 15 mg they may just keep you there but it's definitely best to check with your prescribing doctor.

Nice to hear someone feels better on the forum smile  When did you drop to 15 mg, how many days ago??

I wouldn't just stop, no no  no, you will probably have a bad reaction.  Mirt' should be tapered slowly, unless you dropped the 50% quite a while ago and have been ok, most people aren't.

    Wishing you well.

That's awesome Kerry and I hope it stays that way for you and your future drop downs if your plans are to go down anymore.
