Do I need surgery?

after dealing with a chronic fissure, Monday I will go and see a private surgeons for surgery,

the muscle spasms are gone for the last 20 days and have been going to the toilet every day. the only thing I'm dealing with is a bit of burning, cannot stand up longer them 15 minutes, the burning gets unbereable afterward and two painful skin tags (the only problem is they get really swollen after a bm)

most of you said botox didn't work, and I haven't got really lots of funds on me and want to sort it out .

I know I have to trust the surgeon but I don't want to be ripped off this is my only chance

I dont see much botox success. in fact many have said it set them back. however if your spasms are gone you may not need botox or surgery. how do you know they are gone?

went to a surgeon in London. after an internal examination he told me the fissure is still there, also there are 2 external fistula. so having a mri done next week to see if there's more to it. after the results we decide what to do but guess what he said with the botox we should sort it out the problem. I'm not a doctor but keep reading how unsuccessfully the botox is. I'm just glad I managed to get rid of the spasms after a bm . now the problem lays in the fistula
