So, almost every day, after waking up from sleep, my heart beats pretty fast and I have dry mouth. Even though I don't experience other symptoms of sleep apnea like headache or tiredness during the day, is it possible to have apnea? Should I worry about this?

Both heart rate and dry mouth can be linked to SA. My husband had a dry mouth but not a fast heart rate. He was also woken up several times a night due to airway collapsing, making him feel tired during day, often experienced acid reflux & snored horrendously. A fast heart rate can be a sign of several problems though so it might be wise to see your dr if it continues.
