i have decided i am goung to start setraline i am in the middle of therapy and not sure whether to put this on hold until i am fully swapped? any advice ?
has anyone still continued to go to work whilst swapping ?

I would definitely continue therapy while swapping, if you have a good therapist they can help you get through the swap with calming techniques so that any effects are minimal. They should be experienced in this area and can also reassure you of any little side effects that you may have, that should also bring you some peace of mind. 😃

continue therapy im not sure why you would stop, both together will only have positive effects i wish i could afford therapy it may help me understand why i need sertraline.

i was tojd by therapist to waif before swapping but now going to see a pychiatrist as well to help with meds
i get my therapy through work

Definitely don't stop therapy - the two go hand in hand. Shouldn't do one without the other !
