Do my MRI results suggest MS

Posted , 3 users are following.

i have neurological symptoms starting with vision and balance issues since 2012 plus many other symptoms that I have been under numerous specialist for. My symptoms used to come in flares but since nov 2017 have been rapidly progressive and every single day. I had a diagnosis of fibromyalgia in 2014 then tested positive for a co infection of Lyme disease and recently diagnosed with joint hyper mobility but a recent MRI brain scan has show cyst and lesions but my last MRI scan 18 mths ago was clear. My GP has done an urgent referral to neurology but as MS has been mentioned and dismissed (without testing) so many times I want to be well prepared for the appointment

Thanks for your reply I hope you get a good neurologist this urgent referral is following a dismissive neurologist telling me I do not have MS anything that would suggest MS and only agreed to do the MRI scan due to request from my GP,eye clinic and A&E doctor I don’t think he was expecting anything but a clear scan and due to his total lack of concern over 12 months of seeing him I decided I didn’t want to return to his clinic but I’m hoping my new apt at a different hospital won’t be far off
