Do Not Even Know

I'm not really even sure what an outbreak is anymore.... I have this one single red bump on my vagenie. I spent an hour in the shower attempting to burst it or pull hair out of it in the case that it may just be a hair bump of some sort (I do not shave down there btw). I just don't know what else it could be. Help.

Do you even have herpes? I would just leave any bumps alone unless you're sure it's only a regular pimple, etc.

Yes I do. I had it confirmed a few weeks ago, after years of living in turmoil. So yes. But, I don't really know what an outbreak looks or feels like? I have something that looks similar to a blood blister, that doesn't really hurt.

Doesn't sound like you've ever had an outbreak, so how and why were you diagnosed? By blood test, and if so, which type? Not all blood tests are reliable, and even the better blood test can have issues.

I was diagnosed first by a regular DNA panel and then recently by an IGg test.

That is unusual. HSV is very rarely found in the blood. I would question that test/result. How did you score on the IgG test?

Idk, but answer me this, I just had the most painful shower ever. Why? Because where my thigh or leg meets my vagenie I the left side, it burned bad when trying to clean that area.
