Do stem cells work for psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis?

I've been reading a lot since I can't do anything to change the fact that I'm ill. And I was wondering if any of you tried the procedure for this disease or know anything about it.

I'm currently on MTX 10mg and it did bring down my cpr and sedimentation rate down to within normal levels. But the pain remains the same. The "only" values high now are ch50, igg4, and alpha 2.

I'm currently trying to have double filtration plasmapheresis but I'm being denied by the doctor. So I'm think stem cells now. I'm 28 BTW

    I got very bad psoriasis it so bad I can not walk it all over my feet hands do eny one no what benefits I can claim for it please
