I'm working in an IT Company and always I have a busy schedule. I used to be engaged most of the time at work and I don't even take any toilet breaks or even a coffee break. My colleague used to call me nicknames as I'm working for a huge time. They treat me as a workaholic person. These days due to the month end I'm having heavy work and I'm having sleepless nights. I used to work 24/7 in the office. Due to the heavy work and stress my body is totally weak. I'm unable to work properly due to the heavy back pain. I tried certain ointments and painkillers for my back pain. But they gave me only a temporary relief. Some days I used to spend most of the time in the restroom due to heavy back pain. Yesterday I went through a PR ( http://www.prweb.com/releases/2018/05/prweb15463018.htm )and I came to know about the nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy ( https://www.physiomed.ca/treatments/spinal-decompression-therapy/ ) table which is helpful for the back pain. I read about the Dr.Godrej who is the director of a clinic named Physiomed which is a physiotherapy based clinic. I'm planning to take a visit over there to know more about the spinal decompression table. I'm doubtful with certain queries. Does this treatment hurt or can I become injured from the treatment? Are there any negative side effects? Can you share your knowledge?

I don't know much about spinal decompression, but if I were you, I'd explore every avenue before having my spine messed with. Your back trouble may be something that you can treat fairly easily. Messing with your spine seems to be the very last resort. Remember, if you see a spine specialist, they'll want to mess with your spine - much like if you see a surgeon, they'll want to do surgery. It's what they do.

The spinal decompression tables are very simple. I don't know what country you live in, but in the US, almost every chiropractor has at least one of these tables. You can accomplish the same thing if you can hang upside down or you can purchase an inversion table which helps you to hang downward.. The whole point of this is that it helps to space out your vertebrae which may be pushing against your discs that are between the vertebrate. The whole point of this is that it helps to space out your vertebrae which may be squashing against your discs that are between the vertebrate. The discs are a jelly filled sac that cushions each and every vertebrae. When these vertebra press on the disc the disc bulges and can then pinch off a nerve. When this happens you're likely to get pain running down your leg. This is called sciatic pain. If you don't want to do a decompression table or if you have some concerns then I would suggest that you see a physical Therapist a few times. He or she can give you some stretches to do that might help your back. You're in the early stages of back pain and that's called acute pain and so everything you do now to help your back will really matter down the road and hopefully this will never become chronic. You can also look up stretches for your back online, but you really need to clear that with your doctor because I am certainly not one. I just have a lot of experience with back pain and I think I've done nearly everything trying to get rid of my pain.

my observation in my case 3 bulging discs is that it probably will help for a period of time . It’s expensive in Florida at $3600 for 24-36 treatments but I may try it .
I know my discussion is is not a definite plus or minus but maybe my observations will help you and maybe your answer will help me
