Do you find it hard taking / swallowing medication / tablets

I was Diagnosed with Barretts Oesophagus and Hiatus Hernia in August 2013, They put me on a PPI which is Esomeprazole which sometimes helps with the reflux!

Lately I have found it harder to swallow the esomeprazole (plus co-codamol / any medication for that matter) for my degenerative joint disease (Osteo Arthritis)

In the time since I was diagnosed with osteo arthritis in August 2013 I haven't been for a re-scope!

Dear Rob If you are having difficulty in swallowing this is quite serious and I would definitely see your GP as soon as possible. Best wishes

Rob I cant swallow capsules which severely limits the meds available. You can take Nexium out of the cover and swallow it with apple juice. I can just swalled Parriot. There are several clips on You Tube showing methods for "difficult " patients.
