Unfortunately CBT didn't work for me as my problems not behavioural, as they are caused by zopiclone withdrawal, but good it worked for you. How long before you noticed improvement. Just want to be able to step out the outside without worrying what I'm going to start thinking!

i feel like that its like the normal feeling is just out of reach.

ive been on it since may had to come off paroxetine after 20 years

i keep telling myself its taking longer because of the withdrawal from paroxetine

I know exactly how you feel. It can be all consuming! I wake up and just start thinking about it all over again. But think about all the positive posts on here about how it does get better!

Keep thinking one day I'll wake up and be able go out the house without awful thoughts going through my head. Does seem to take long time to improve but hopefully improve eventually!
