     Hi aria,

looks like you've had every test possible to check out your heart  and they all come out fine. Sometimes chest discomfort, even pain  can be related to indigestion ....but also anxiety. I have had that myself on and off for years and my heart is very strong. I know mine is related to anxiety. Anxiety symptoms can mimic other conditions with the same symptoms,

what I have found to relieve that is exercise even just walking. Since mine is anxiety related, it completely lifts the feeling of chest pressure.

I walk on a daily basis now because I was tired of always feeling that symptom and I am determined not to let it ruin my life.

Get the ok from your doctor to exercise  and give it a shot!    Allyour emotions and stress aremost likely just bottled up inside you causing that symptom. That's what happened to me.

there are some great meditative audios on YouTube that are free and deal with negative thinking and anxiety. They really help!

since you were told your heart is OK, it's time to take a new approach to this. The worst thing you can do is sit around and think and think because that will lead to negative thinking and make your symptoms worse. Be a fighter for yourself! Don't give into this.  The mind is a powerful thing. It can either go extremely negative or extremely positive and it's up to you! Stay active and take your mind off of this. What a negative thought comes into your mind  say out loud "NO!"  Then immediately think of something happy and positive. You can do this.

Remember, when a lot of stress and anxiety have nowhere to go, they show themselves as symptoms! There are hundreds of anxiety symptoms including chest tightness and pain.

Aria, I had those exact symptoms the tingling in the arms and legs, chest pain, shortness of breath etc. they are all symptoms of anxiety!

I just need to get a handle on the anxiety and they will go away as mine did.

can be hard to do on your own and that's why I talk to a counselor who really helped me! They see this on a daily basis and know what to do.

Remember one thing…… Anxiety CANNOT Kill you or make your heart stop or give you a heart attack. I know it feels scary but it absolutely cannot hurt you that way.

Yep! That's something that seems to stick with me long after my anxiety attacks. Chest feels tight. Sometimes when I take in a deep breath I get a sharp pain in my heart, feels like a cramp too. Also if I bend a certain way I will get that feeling it's weird. I too have had all the tests and they determined my heart is fine, so I still don't know what causes that cramp feeling, but I just decided it is anxiety. Hope you feel better! Just remember the tests came back okay, so all we can do is trust our doctors, they only want what's best for you (hopefully!). Best of luck xx

Have you been examined for GeRD? Reflux it does that. You would need a gastroenterologist and they would perform an endoscopy and they can see it. Then treat it. Drink lots of water amd sleep with head elevated on a few pillows. Try ginger tea, chamomile tea  and try tomkeep with small meals every few hours, google gerd diets for more info,

It's really hard to believe that anxiety because is no specific test to show that and the simptoms are really fisiclly and persistent so is hard to believe that mind can make you feel as much simptoms as we feel! And how ofen do you get the chest pain simptom , I have on and off 24/7

Your brain can absolutely  cause you to feel many many symptoms  and you have stress and anxiety.

I have been dealing with that for over 30 years. I can actually get my symptoms to disappear when I take charge of my life, eat well, get counseling, socialize, and most of all exercise!
