I was told I had mild COPD too, but have no idea what that really means which leads me to think I need not worry too much, but I am.

I have other heath issues too. Very debilitating Fibromyalgia and Sjogren;s syndrome, chronic rhinitis which effects my breathing thorough my nose, bad pain in eyes and head occasionally and my balance, plus osteo arthritis, nice list hey.

I was given Spiriva 18 microgram inhalation powder to use once daily. also have salbutamol 100mcg inhaler with a huge able spacer to attach it to. Must admit I don't bother with this as it is so big to carry about. and I've lost the stupid cap which keeps the mouth piece clean, as it never stayed on.

I've  had a really nasty dose of something for weeks and weeks which has started  horird cough off with phelgm.

Diudn;t visit the Gp as what can they do? It will take it's time to go.

I've declined a flu jab for the time being because last year i had not fully recovered but nurse said as I had no temperature it would be fine.IT WASN'T.

    I was ill again.

No point in worrying but there's very much a point in learning to manage COPD at the mild stage rather than waiting until it's too late to make much difference:  I've kept my lung function percentage at 70% for the 3 years since I was diagnosed and I totally believe this is due to what I learned at rehab about management of the condition

It took me 4 months to get a rehab appointment after requesting it. I'm going next week.

That's good news:  let the forum know how you get on.  I definitely found it worthwhile
