Do you think I injured my neck in some way that’s causing me head pains?

I was suffering from a tension headache for quite some time due to my health anxiety. On April 20th, I did a forward head neck stretch due to the fact that I’ve did some research that at times the headaches tend to stem from tension in neck. Hours after neck stretch, I started to get a headache at the back of head that worked it’s way to my temples. The headache lasted for about 5 days until I finally decided to take an aleeve pill that decreased the headache dramatically. 2 weeks after, I was at work, I was a little stressed out and got a little tense when suddenly I started to get shooting sensation at the back of the left side of my head. It occurred every 5 minutes, however, it did not hurt. The following day it occurred about 2 or 3 times then went away. Couple days after I stated to get random shooting pain in head that left me on the floor crying because I couldn’t understand what was wrong with me. I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point. Today I am still having random head pain, however it’s kind of like a dull sharp pain. Also, I have been getting head spasms and burning sensation on head. I have health anxiety. I don’t know what to do. Any advice???

Could you be suffering from bruxism? Do you or anyone else notice you teeth grinding or jaw clenching? Does your jaw ever click? If it happens when you are asleep you may not even know you are doing it. Certain medications like antidepressants can cause this. It can cause shoulder and neck pain as well as headaches.
