Doctor fired me, I think

I am feeling so blue today. Had an appointment this week with my doctor for the first time since being in hospital with suspected gastritis. SHe didn't say hello then jumped right in to how frustrated she was with me, presenting a print out of all my trips to ER and specialists she has referred me to. I was so shocked and hurt. I know I have been a bit of a difficult patient the last couple of years with several health issues. Her main problem is that I did not follow through with the gastroscopy that was recommended to me but I have a MAJOR fear if it and she cannot accept that I

refuse it and would like to go around it somehow. She didnt fire me but after that angry confrontation there is no way I can repair it or go back to her. So hurt and feeling lost. Time for a fresh start with a new doctor.
