Just stick to the diet and the weight will still come off.

Hi. I'd ring the doctors back and explain you're out of tablets. Sometimes the doctor will issue a prescription when you've run out. Then just pick the prescription up from the doctors. Not sure if your doctors will do this as all surgeries are different. I've done this loads of times before when I've run out. When you see your doctor ask for the tablets to be put on repeat just in case it happens again. Good luck x

Make it into a huge positive and think of it as a short Detox time smile

I'm new to this too and not an expert or anything but would like to help. If you don't have any pills spare (I mean, from when you had totally fat-free meals in the past and saved pills) then perhaps you could use other tactics until your new appointment day. If it was me I would continue to eat really low fat, and fill up with a pint or two of water before each meal to help feel full and keep meals to a sensible protion size. Eat masses of fruit and bowls of steamed and/or raw veggies. Really stock up from the market etc! Enjoy your in-between days and make good use of them x
