Doctors or all in my head?

Hello

I have just finished my 1st month on citalopram 20mg and it has helped especially since ive got my appetite back and abit more energy.

About 3 weeks ago I started to notice my right leg feeling abit heavy and weak with a constant painless ache in my calf. It feels ok when im sat down but mostly aches when im up. Its constantly on my mind and starts my anxiety racing with thoughts of MS or a stroke. Overall my right leg looks ok and doesn't collapse and i can walk just fine. Do you think its just my anxiety messing with my head or do you think I should go to doctors about it? Also since taking cit I have also noticed my right side face muscles just under my ear lobe are constantly tense, like the right side of my mouth is smiling. I actually have to focus on not tensing them because they just automatically do it. Is that normal?

Thank you
