Doctors say it doesn't look like herpes but symptoms feel like it is!

I am losing my mind over this. I stupidly had a one night stand with a women I did not know. I had protected sex and unprotected oral.
About 7 days after I noticed a bump around my anus while showering. It itch a little and was a little painful but didn't think anything of it. Then 3 days after that, I felt stinging on my scrotum and noticed 4 red bumps. They are in a straight line and are spread out about half an inch away from each other. All of it had what looked like a black mole on the center of them. I thought it might be bed bugs but it really didn't itch much. The bump farthest from my penis was very painful and was the biggest of them all.
2 days after that I had a little penis pain and difficulty urinating but no pain while urinating. That lasted for 2 days.
I went to planned parenthood 3 days after the bumps appeared. The doctor said it could be scabies but didn't look like any other std. Prescribed me the lotion for scabies. I applied and follow directions. Bumps burned a little when I applied it but went away after a few minutes.
The next night, moles turned to scabs. Then some fell off the day after and were open sores. They burned and took a week to heal. I took a pic of my butt and it was 3 sores in a line also but closer together.
I went to another std clinic after the scabs fell off and they also said it didn't look like herpes because it wasn't a cluster and didn't blister. They suggested to take a blood test to make sure.
I went to urgent care to take a blood test. The doctored said it wasn't herpes but I swear I had most of the symptoms (buttock and leg pain).
I would really appreciate some input on this. I don't know what to do anymore. Its been 5 weeks after exposure now. How accurate is the blood test going to be?

If the docters says no, Then you should believe Them. You Can always make Them take a swab of the area. I did that a lot of times even though my docter said it did not look Like herpes. Always the Best to be sure!

You weren't swabbed once in all this? The blood test is an indirect method and you will have to wait 3+ months from exposure. Much better to have had the bumps tested directly at the time.

The second time I went to the clinic, when the scabs fell off, they said it was too late to take a swab. I don't know why.
Its so frustrating... The anxiety is killing me. If its not herpes, what else can it be...

They should have swabbed you the first time, then you'd already know one way or the other. It may not be herpes, but you'll have to wait to do the IgG antibody test. Even then, you could be positive for Type 1, which won't help you too much, since the test does not indicate location and it's very common to have it orally without symptoms, or it could be genital, etc. Still better than nothing and if you test negative for both types, then there's no uncertainty. If the bumps come back, insist that they be swabbed for peace of mind.
