Doctors taking me off medication after 15 years

Hi

I had a spinal injury in december 1999. From that i have been on every medication going. ive been on amitriptyline for approx 15 years low dose at first then building up to 150mg at night. I also take

matrifen (fentanyl) patches (125mg), dihydrocodeine, gabapentin (1500mg), lansoprazole, ibuprofen, metformin, atorvastatin. I dont really go out but if i do i have diazepam and oral morphine to get me there and back. Went to the gp because my left leg keeps swelling and is discoloured. They been sending me to every clinic now im waiting for lymphedema clinic. Gp sent me to the pain clinic to try to get an mri to see if its linked to my spine. Went to see them and they said id got to reduce my amitriptyline by 25mg a night every two weeks. Then they reduced my patches to 112mg. I reduced the patch wednesday and the amitriptyline on thursday. I found your posts helpful but wanted to ask if the problems are all in my head because its not been long at all. Im sweating, agitated, feel really low mood, pains running all down my legs, cant focus on anything. They want me to get to 50mg and then put me on duloxetine which i know nothing about. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. thanks
