Does acupuncture help?

Hi, I'm new to the site.

Me and my partner have been trying to get pregnant for quite a while with no success. Following a doctors visit and a quick trip to the hospital I was diagnosed with pcos.

I have heard acupuncture can help I was wondering if anyone has tried this and had any positive affects from it?

I am also about to start clomed and would appreciate any info anyone has about their experiences smile

    i have heard alot of great stories about clomid and metformin with pregnancies. please let me know how you get on as i love to see positive stories..

    Hi there

    i found that weight loss , exercise & yoga for controlled breathing & relaxation helped me .. Also those ovulation kits kept me informed of when was the best time to try as you never know with PCOS where you are with your cycle.. 

    It worked for me .. I have 3 daughters & still have 23 cysts on my left & 18 cysts on my right ovary!
