Does anybody get pulse feeling in stomach?

Sometimes when I lay down, I can feel a pulse in my stomach! My hypochrondria/anxiety is acting up again after I decided to make the stupid decision of googling it. I had this pulse thing seen like. Ever. I don't know, maybe years. Overall, a long time. Learned a new illness. Convinced myself I have it now. Great. I just learned about abdominal aortic aneurysm and now I'm freaking out because I can feel the pulse in my stomach sometime. It's not strong or anything but it's a pulse. ONLY happens when I lay down on a hard floor or apply a lot, like a lot of pressure. When I lay on my bed on my tummy, I typically never feel it, only on hard floors where my stomach is really pressured down. It's weird. I'm not very skinny. A bit chubby actually. But if I got to be honest, I think my stomach area is the slimmest part of me. It's not slim, a bit wide but it's actually kinda flat. Like I can see my ribcage very well when I lay down. I can even feel my organs and this might sound gross but when I'm constipated, I can very much feel the..hard waste. The pulse feeling thing is near my by button/lower abdomen, almost like a baby moving inside. I'm only 12, so not sure what would exactly feel like. I asked a friend if she ever felt this and she was like years but she's skinny, me not so much. Btw, I have IBS. Not sure if IBS can cause this. To make matters worse, AAA can cause death...oml

I would suspect if it only happens when you apply pressure and purposely apply focus to it, it's unlikely to be anything serious. You can feel your pulse in all sorts of weird places if you set your mind on scanning your body.
If you're concerned, have any pain or associated bloating, see a doctor. But otherwise it at the moment it does sound rather like your health anxiety than anything else x

I get lot of pain actually. But I'm sure it's from my IBS. I think the aortic artery thing is in the middle? My pain almost always happens on the left or right and upper abdomen. Mainly lower left. I also get bloating from IBS. They both gotten better however.
Yeah, I can only feel the slight pulsing when I apply A LOT of pressure. Other than that, I wouldn't not feel a pulse.

Yeah anxiety is bad for all sorts of aches or pains, but if you suffer IBS that doesn't help. Peppermint is really good for that actually from an IBS perspective.
Have a chat if the worry is still there in a few weeks with your doctor but based on what you've said, i don't think it'll be something like AAA.

I've noticed this before on myself when laying down, especially if I'm feeling anxious and my heart is beating faster or harder than usual. I think you're just being hypersensitive bc of your anxiety, this doesn't seem like anything concerning.

Yeah I think you are def just hypersensitive about it. If you've had this for years there is no way it's something bad or something wrong with you. You would know by now!
If I sit slouched with my stomach sticking out I feel the pulse feeling in my stomach again, even when not anxious. I really think it's just the way you are laying/sitting.

I never feel it when sitting down or anything. Just when I lay on my stomach or applying a lot of pressure and trying really to focus on it. Not sure if it's years, but I've had it for quit every a long time, however, I never really pay atttention it until anxiety started and what ifs rush in everyday...

I'm 15 and I have this pulse in my stomach too, and mines actually quite strong. I panicked about it when I first noticed it about a week or two ago. I'm still here though, so hey, I wouldn't be concerned about it. It's very, VERY unlikely for it to be an aaa for someone your age.

Mine is very slight actually. Sometime it can be a little stronger but only if I apply a lot of pressure for a long time. Other than that, I don't feel anything weird with it. So many people have told me I'm fine and 99% of the diseases I worry about happens very rarely for people my age or they don't at all. Still, with hypochondria and anxiety, everything is much worse. Plus, I had this for quite a long time, if it was severe, I might be dead by now.

Oh wow.. I don't even have to apply pressure to my stomach, I can visibly see it. If I lay my phone on my stomach I can see it go up and down with the pulse. Concerning.. I feel you though. 😭

I got this symptom sometimes, pretty sure it's benign but get checked out if you feel it will help.

Even I feel pulse in my stomach. I was suffering from depression(Bi polar). After 10 to 12 years of medication I am feeling
better now.
