I sadly don't have any way to overcome the fear of death however I do deal with the same type of problem... D: Do you have Panic Attacks a lot? That doesn't help if you do!

I have had this - it lasted a few months the first time around in my late teens, and then a month or so in my forties, and its come for brief periods in between, but I managed to rationalize it before it got out of control.  Ironically, I have also attempted suicide several times.

I think the best thing to do is to focus outwards, and think about things that are not asociated with you personally. I also have read and watched stuff to do with the evolution of the universe and the earth, and more recent scientific theories about multiverses, and the amazingness of all this makes me glad to just to be conscious and able to experience things and to learn about all this.

I know it might sound a bit trite, but i have been where you are now and totally terrified of dying and I have managed to overcome it.  I dont know how old you are, but I also think for alot of people, the fear lessens as they get older

there is a motivational speaker, rip, has so much to say about fears and stuff like this. Worth looking into his stuff. Aside from that I would say i think one day you will realise the fear might lie in living, and not realizing you are more then a physical body. We are of mind, body and soul. If you continue to honestly believe you are one dimensional theres no way out of this fear.
