Can anybody shed some light on what this could be? Theyre not itchy but i had some on my tummy and back as well they have gone and now these have appeared, photos are on my arms and inside leg
i get married in 2 weeks so freaking out a bit as i dont want it to spread!

May be folliculitis. Small infections in the hair follicles. Try giving the areas a good lathering with a firm soft body brush then rinsing thoroughly and drying. Then massage a body cream into the areas. the ceam doesnt have to be expensive. Do this preferably before you go to bed. Every day.Cant guarantee a miracle but I think it will help to get rid of these troublesome spots.
