mine is right behind the nipple fills up then comes out its horrendously painful

I do, its extremely annoying, had anti biotics and a cream, neither are working. and because it's my breast I worry its something more. I feel like I'm wasting doctors time but nothing is working. I've had one nasty boil for months now. then I get smaller ones that tend to heal all the time
