Does anyone else experience constant nausea with anxiety?

Hey, so I just want to know if other people experience the same anxiety symptoms as me! I don't know many people with anxiety so I've never really asked what the usual symptoms are, and with being and awful hypochondriac I feel it would be somewhat reassuring to find out what other people experience with anxiety! I've always been an anxious person but last summer is when it got worse, and when I mysteriously developed this constant nausea that rarely fails to leave.

The nausea can be either barely noticeable or extremely bad, and it fluctuates throughout the day, but it causes me to avoid a lot of things I wish I could do. Does anyone else experience this type of anxiety symptom and if so is there anything you do or have done to help ease it? I'm currently on antisickness tablets but although they help for the majority of the time, it's never quite gone!

Another thing is digestive and bowel issues, which I've been told is IBS. I notice this usually happens before I'm due to go out somewhere and when I become nervous, no matter how much I try to calm myself I always end up triggering off my ibs and it can be such a pain! (if it is particularly bad I take medicine such as immodium etc) I've yet to find a way to stop this.

Does anyone also get shaky sometimes? I've noticed if I work myself up a lot, I find myself shaking as if it were winter! Sometimes it actually scares me and I worry that it's an irregular symptom, I also do that with my heart beat, sometimes if my anxiety is bad it will beat faster and I convince myself I'm having a heart attack or something and usually send myself into a mini panic attack! I've also noticed I get the dry mouth, hard to swallow symptom too! Does anyone else get these and are there any ways in which to cutecure them?

I have had some stomach issues but mine are more mental, headaches, Insomnia, dizzy spells, burning sensation in my head, and definalty had little shakes here and there mostly when I'm having an actual panic attack I get super tense and body tightens up. I think the shakeyness is from muscles tightening up from stress.

Hi there! I could have written your post! I suffer from health anxiety and usually feel nauseous most of the time. It's difficult to eat and I'm losing weight which I associate with illness and so the anxiety goes on. I am phobic about all things medical but recently was forced to see the doc. I have had an abnormal ecg and have to go for more tests. The nausea is off the scale and I'm having to force myself to eat. I wish I could be more helpful to you. The only thing I found helps a little is Zantac but of course I wouldn't take them too often. I hope someone else see our posts and has some ideas. I wish you well. E.
