Does anyone else get stress headaches?

Hello, I have had anxiety for years. It was manageable for a while but now it has struck back with a vengeance. I was wondering if anyone had experienced these stress headaches with their anxiety? I have had them for the past few days and it kind of worries me because my anxiety makes me think the worst of it. Its not like it hurts, but its this pressure in my left temple. Should I go to the ER or does this kind of thing go away on its own?

thank you for any advice you may have. it helps to know i am not going through this alone.

    Hi Deven, sorry to hear your suffering, i to have bad anxiety headaches pressure in front of head, side of head and neck, all part of this dreaded illness, ive had scans and everything always comes back normal, but i always think the worse, get yourself checked out if you continue to have them but like me you will probally be told its anxiety related, i find sitting somewhere quite with sunglasses on helps, and try i know its hard to think of positive things, and try to relax, hope you find your answer take care.
