Does anyone else have a prolapse that seems to come from the left

hi

im really freaking out i think i have a prolapse but i just dont know i have this weird smooth lump more longer oval shape coming from the left and protruding out. it doesn't always protrude out but i notice it lost in the shower.

i have a doctors app next week but im scared. im 42 ive had one birth large baby i tore and was cut , im overweight and just really being horrible to myself and blaming myself and worried about needing an op.
