Does anyone else have chest pain 24/7?

I was diagnosed with anxiety two years ago and ever since the day of my first anxiety attack I've had chest pain 24/7 since then . Even when I'm in a great mood I get them, it doesn't matter. Been to multiple doctors and had multiple test don't, ekg, chest xrays, blood test, echocardiogram ect...all say my heart is fine. Does this happen to anyone else?

Pretty much...it comes and goes. Been that way for 20+ years. I even had a heart cath in 2012 because they had done every other test out there over and over and over again. Heart cath was normal. I feel like I am having a "heart attack" pretty much every single day sometimes multiple times a day and sometimes it lasts all day and all night. I have been in and out of therapy and been off and on meds and am currently not able to afford either so I am in a cycle of suffering once again. But after 20+ years of feeling like I was going to drop dead at any moment, I haven't yet, I am still here. That is one of the things that helps me to get through this. Are you being treated for your anxiety? I know it says you were diagnosed but are you in any sort of therapy or on any medication for the anxiety itself? I would suggest you look into it if you aren't already. That is the only thing that truly helped me. You have to stop (I know how hard it is and still struggle with it myself) questioning the doctors and the tests and try to believe it IS just anxiety. That is what anxiety does to you, it makes you second guess everything. And being in a great mood has nothing to do with anxiety, I can be sound asleep and wake up with a panic attack for seemingly no reason. You don't have to be upset or "anxious" to feel the symptoms from anxiety. Do your research and find things that could help you cope like aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, etc. And find a psychiatrist and psychologist that you can talk to. Best of Luck!!!

I’ve had the same. Had all heart tests but now found out I have a hiatus hernia. I believe this is causing my pain and discomfort but can’t prove it.

You are not the only one. i also have chest pain/tightness 24/7 for 20 years.

Feels like scar tissue pain as it always hurts when moving and cant breath when lying down.

I had cardiology test / pulmonary test done with results of just asthma. Go figure.

Feels like something alot more serious

because my symptoms are so much worse than just asthma

    and just dont add up.

I bought life insurance because didnt think i would make it past the 10 years.

But doctor never comes out with a diagnosis other than muscular/skeleton issue, asthma.
